At Fleetforge parts, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items, such as electrical parts, are non-returnable for safety and quality control reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email us at info@fleetforgeparts.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
3. Ship Your Item: Package the item securely and use a trackable shipping service to send it back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
Electrical parts and clearance items are not eligible for return.
